Today, we went to the pediatrician for their weight gain check up.
Cody weighed in at 11#9.5oz
Callie at 9#3.5oz
Both have doubled their weight from birth and are doing fantastic.
They are smiling, cooing, playing and kicking. Both have even learned to roll from front to back in no time. And while I am excited that they are learning to roll, it just means that we have to stay on our toes... these munchkins are on the move!!!
Cody is our serious one... as if you couldn't tell from the photos. He is always observing, taking in the world, very inquisitive and there is never a moment spent without his pacifier - our best friend, the NUK. I am sure I will be packing this for him as he goes off to college!
Callie is our "coy" one. She will smirk, smile and look away as if she knows something we don't. And while she may be smaller than her brother, she is certainly strong and active.
They both melt our hearts when they look at you and give you a warm, toothless smile and giggle.
Today, Grandma Nancy called them cherubs... and that is just what they are, our lovely cherubs.
